Section 11. Amendment of section 149

Subsection (1) section 149 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both" the words "five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and to whipping of not more than six strokes".
