The Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 2002 [Enactment 8 of 2002], which is referred to as the “principal Enactment” in this Enactment, is amended in section 2—
(a) by inserting after the definition of “Administration Enactment” the following definition:
‘ “guru agama bertauliah” means a person who is given a tauliah to teach by the Council of the Religion of Islam and Malay Custom, Kelantan;’;
(b) by inserting after the definition of Syariah Prosecutor, the following definition:
‘ “penggawa” means a penggawa appointed by the State Authority;’; and
(c) by inserting after the definition of “penggawa” the following definition:
‘ “penghulu” means a penghulu appointed by the State Authority;’.
