ENACTMENT NO. 3 OF 1989 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1989
Section 4. Amendment of section 35.
Section 35 of the principal Enactment is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-section (6), the following new sub-section (7):
"(7) Whenever the Mufti proposes to issue a fatwa under section 36, he shall call a meeting of the Legal Committee to deliberate on the mabter in which the fatwa is required to be issued." .
