ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 12. Amendment to section 49.
Section 49 of the principal Enactment is amended by-
(a) deleting the word "perempuan" in the Bahasa Malaysia text;
(b) substituting for the word "woman" in the English text the word "person";
(c) inderting immediately after paragraph (d), a new paragraph (e) as follows:
"(e) that the wife suffers from a disability which prevents sexual intercourse;"; and
(d) turning the existing paragraph (e) into paragraph (f).
