PART VI - INSPECTOR OF SCHOOL

Section 20. Duty to produce books, accounts etc., and to afford all assistance.

(1) For the purpose of an inspection under this Enactment by an Inspector, members of the Board and every staff of the school shall accord to an Inspector access to all books, records, minute books, accounts, receipts, bills and any other documents relating to the school or the education, teaching or training and other activities of the school; and this includes the power to take possession, to make a copy or extract of the document.

(2) The Registrar may exercise all the powers conferred to an Inspector under this Part.
