PART V - MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
| A parent or guardian who sells, gives away or delivers his or her child or a child under his or her care to any person who is not a Muslim is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and the Court may make any order which is appropriate regarding the child. |
