PART III - REGISTRATION OF SCHOOLS

Section 8. Powers of the Registrar to require attendance, or such further particulars or information.

(1) The Registrar may require the applicant to appear before him personally to be interviewed in relation to any matters contained in the application or connected thereto, or may require the person proposed to be a member of the Board to appear before him personally to enable him to determine the suitability of that person or may require in writing any further particulars or information to be supplied to him by the applicant or any matters contained therein or connected thereto, within such specified period of time.

(2) If any further particulars or information required to be supplied in writing under subsection (1) are not supplied to the Registrar within the time specified or such extension thereof as directed by the Registrar, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn.
