Section 24. Cessation of application of certain provisions of the Administration Enactment

Upon the commencement of this Enactment the provisions which relate to discipline, termination of service in the public interest and surcharge in the Administration Enactment and all subsidiary legislation made under or pursuant to those provisions shall cease to apply to the Majlis except as provided in section 25.
