Section 22. Power to enter school or hostel.

The Registrar, an Inspector or any other person authorised in writing by the Registrar, may at all reasonable time, enter any school or hostel for the purposes of this Enactment or the Rules made thereunder, and the Board and every staff of the school or hostel shall allow such person access to any parts of the school or hostel and provide with all necessary facilities to inspect the same.
