PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 25. Advocate and Solicitor.
Notwithstanding anything in any written law, an advocate and solicitor who is a Muslim belonging to Ahli Sunnah wal Jamaah may appear in any court to represent any party in any proceeding provided that his apprearance does not contravene the Hukum Syarak and he has obtained the certificate in writing issued by the Majlis and has paid the prescribed fees therefor.
