PART V - MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
| Any person who improperly disclose or divulges any matters, which it was his duty under any written law to keep secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both. |
