PART IV - GENERAL

Section 29. Exemption and transitional

All fatwa, declaration, order, notification, Tauliah Certificate, confirmation of the direction of the qiblat and any appointment issued or made under any Enactment shall on the commencement of this Enactment continue to be in force so long as it is not contrary with this Enactment until it is annulled or replaced by the procedure of declaration, order, notification or appointment issued or made under this Enactment.
