Section 6. Temporary appointment.
In the event of the temporary absence or incapacity of any member of the Majlis, the Secretary and the Treasurer, His Highness may appoint a person to act tempoararily on his behalf. Such temporary appointment shall determine on the substantive holder giving notice to the President of resumption of his duties of his appointment.
