PART XXXIV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 273. Hukum syarak.
(1) Any provision or interpretation of any of the provisions in this Enactment which is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak shall be void to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2) In the event of a lacuna or in the absence of any matter not expressly provided for by this Enactment the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
