CHAPTER 7 - WITNESSES


Section 84. Dumb witnesses.

(1) A witness who is unable to speak may give his bayyinah in any manner in which he can be make it intelligable such as by writting or by signs.

(2) The writing must be written and the signs must be made in open Court.
