PART XIII - TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS
Section 86. Conduct of transferred proceedings.
Proceedings so transferred to any Court shall be entered in the books of that Court, and the Court may, of its own motion or on the application of any party, give such directions as to the further conduct of the proceedings as may be just.
