Section 113. Incitement to neglect religious duty.

(1) Any person who persuades or incites any other person to neglect any compulsory religious duty or prevents any other person from performing any compulsory religious duty but such act does not amount to riddah shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

(2) Any person who prevents or incites any other person either orally or in writing or in any other way from paying zakat or fitrah, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
