Section 18. Power to call for record.

The Chairman of the Appeal Committee may for the purpose of determining the correctness, legality or propriety of any finding, sentence or order recorded or passed by the Court of the Kadi besar or the Court of the Kadi appealed from or the regularity of any proceedings in such court, call for the record of such Court.
