Section 3. Saving of prerogative.

Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of the Ruler as Head of the Islamic religion of the State as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Perlis and the Federal Constitution.
