Section 49. Register of Pegawai Masjid.

The Majlis shall maintain a register showing the pegawai masjid of every mosquein the State, and it shall be the duty of every pegawai masjid promptly to inform the Majlis of any vacancy or change in the particulars relating to his mosque.
