REGISTRATION OF THE PROPAGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS BILL 1988

PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Citation commencement, and application.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as The Control and Restriction of the Propagation of Non-Islamic Religions Enactment 1988 and shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Ruler in Council by notification in the Gazette.

(2) This Enactment shall apply to the State of Perak.
