PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 41. Matters not provided for.
In matters of practice and procedure in civil and criminal proceedings not expressly provided for in this Enactment or any rules made thereunder or in the laws relating to Syariah civil procedure or Syariah criminal code, Muslim family laws or in the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment or in any other written law made by the State Legislative Assembly the Court may adopt the practice and procedure for the time being in force in the civil Courts which may seen proper for the avoidance if in justice and disposal of matters in issue between the parties.
