Section 16. Annual report.
The Board shall, not later than the 30th June in each year, cause to be made and submitted to the State Authority a report dealing with investments of the Fund during the preceding financial year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Board as the State Authority may from time to time direct.
