Section 218. Books of account.


(1) The Court shall maintain such book of account as may be required by the Treasury’s Instructions.

(2) In this section “Treasury’s Instructions” means instructions issued by the Treasury under section 4 of the Financial Procedure Act 1657 [Act 61].
