PART VIII - QISAS
Section 32. Alternative punishment to qisas.
Where the punishment of death as qisas punishment is not imposed the offender shall be liable to the takzir punishment of imprisonment for life or having regards to the circumstances of the case to the such term of imprisonment as in the opinion of the Court would lead the offender to repentance.
