Section 46. Form of search warrant.

(1) Every search warrant issued by a Court under this Enactment shall be in writing in Form 2E as set out in the Schedule and signed by the Kadi and shall bear the seal of the Court.

(2) Every such warrant shall remain in force for a reasonable number of days to be specified in the warrant.

(3) Search warrants issued under this Enactment may be executed in any part of the State.
