Section 89. When witnesses need to be examined.

When the witnesses had given all their syahadah the Kadi shall ask the witnesses, to ensure that the Syahadah of the witnesses are true.

Explanation-

If the Kadi says that the two witnesses are telling lies or the two witnesses are adil but they have made mistakes in their evidence or both of them have forgotten the facts or he says that the two witnesses are adil but they deny the accusation, no decision shall be given and the Kadi shall foremost make sure that the witnesses are adil or otherwise through open examination in the Court or secretly.
