PART V - DUTIES AND SPECIFIC POWERS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER


Section 26. Preparation of future development.

(1) The General Manager shall from time to time prepare a plan for the future development of the Corporation within such period as may be determined by the Corporation.

(2) Any plan prepared under subsection (1) shall include particulars of the development project planned to be implemented by the Corpora­tion and the particulars of the estimate of cost of such project.
