PART VII - MOSQUES
Section 76. Maintenance and repairs of mosques.
(1) The Majlis shall maintain in good condition all mosques and their compounds.
(2) The Imam shall inform the Majlis of any want of repair to a mosque and, on approval being obtained from the Majlis for any repairs, supervise such repairs on behalf of the Majlis.
(3) No material alteration to the structure of a mosque shall be made without the permission in writing of the Majlis.
