PART II - REGISTRAR, DEPUTY REGISTRAR, ETC.

Section 3. Appointment of Registrar, etc.

The Majlis may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoint-

(a) a Registrar of Islamic Religious Schools; and

(b) such number of Deputy and Assistant Registrar of Islamic Religious Schools and other officers as may be necessary for the purposes of this Enactment.
