PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS
Section 30. Power to borrow.
(1) The Majlis may, with the approval of the State Executive Council and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the State Executive Council, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions under this Enactment.
(2) Sums borrowed by virtue of subsection (1) shall a paid into the Fund of the Majlis.
