Section 3. Saving of prerogative
Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained therein shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the religion of Islam in the State of Kedah Darul Aman, as declared and set forth in the Law of Constitution of the State of Kedah Darul Aman [P.U. 32/59].
