Section 24. False evidence or contradictory statements.

The provisions of section 12 of the Oaths and Affirmations Ordinance, 1949 providing for a summary punishment for the giving of false evidence or for the making of contradictory statements shall apply to proceedings before a Court (estabIished under section 11 of this Enactment) as they apply to a Court of a Magistrate of the First Class under the said section, as if reference to a Court of a Magistrate of a First Class in the said section 12 were construed as references to the Court (established under the said section 11).
