PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE

Section 28. Adjournment and transfer of a case.

(1) The Court may for sufficient reason adjourn any proceeding from time to time and from place to place.

(2) The Court of Kadi Besar may transfer any case to another Kadi when a reference is made by a Kadi upon the application of one of the parties to the proceeding.
