Section 69. Where scene of offence is uncertain, etc.

A Court having jurisdiction within any local limit of jurisdiction may inquire into and hear cases-

(a) when it is uncertain in which of several local areas an offence was committed;

(b) where an offence is committed partly in one local limit of jurisdiction and partly in another;

(d) where it consists of several acts done in different local limit of jurisdiction.
