Section 116. Illicit intercourse between divorced persons.
(1) Any man who, having lawfuIIy divorced his wife, resumes cohabitation with her without having pronounced a lawful rojok shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four days or to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars, or, if his wife was not at the time of such resumption of cohabitation aware of the operation of the divorce, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding one hundred doIIars.
(2) Any woman who abets an offence punishable under sub-section (1) shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days or to a fine not exceedirig twenty-five doIIars.
