PART V - INSPECTORS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS

Section 20. Majlis may authorise any person to exercise powers, etc. of Inspectors of Schools.

(1) The Majlis may authorise in writing any person to exercise the powers and to perform the functions and duties of an Inspector of Schools and the person so appointed shall have all the powers and perform all the functions and duties of an Inspector of Schools.

(2) Any person authorised under subsection (1) shall be subject to the direction and control of the Registrar.
