PART VII - OFFENCES

Section 135. Failure to register for religious education.

Any person or any party who fails to register a religious school and institution for religious education under his charge shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both and the Court may order the said school or institution to discontinue the teaching.
