Section 115. Auditor.
The said annual balance sheet, income and expenditure account and list of investments shall prior to the issue thereof be audited and certified as correct by the Auditor-General or a public officer authorised by the Auditor-General. A copy of the auditor's certificate shall be annexed to all copies of the report and accounts as issued.
