Section 120. Types of examination.

Witnesses shall be examined openly in the Court or secretly through parties having relationship with them.

ILLUSTRATIONS

(

) If the witness is a student, he shall be examined through the teacher of the school where he studies or through trusted parties in the school.

(

) If the witness is a member of the Armed Forces he shall be examined through his division’s commanding officer; or

(

) If the witness is a civilian, he shall be examined through a trusted resident of the place he is staying.
