PART XXI - JUDGMENT DEBTORS SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ETC.

Section 165. Judgment debtor summons.

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), a judgment creditor may summon any person liable to be examined under this Part with a summons in the form provided. The summons shall be personally served not less than 5 clear days before the day fixed for the hearing, unless the Court otherwise orders.

(2) In any of the cases enumerated in section 136 no judgment debtor summons shall be issued except upon leave given in the manner prescribed by that section.
