PART III - INFORMATION TO THE PENYELIA AGAMA AND THEIR POWERS TO INVESTIGATE Chapter VI
Section 54. Procedure.
(1) The information other than the information under section 53 from this Enactment shall be referred to Kadi as in Form 3B in the Schedule.
(2) No Penyelia Agama shall in a case other than those mentioned in section 19(1) exercise any of the special powers in relation to investigations given by this Chapter without the order of the Pengarah Pendakwa.
(3) Any Penyelia Agama receiving such order may exercise the powers in respect of the investigation given under this Chapter except the power to arrest without warrant.
