Section 65A. General power to make rules and regulations.

The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, may make rules and regulations, which shall be published in the Gazette, not inconsistent with Hukum Syarak as he deems fit for the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions of this Enactment.
