PART V - MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
| An anak dara or thayyib who without any reasonable excuse under Hukum Syara' absconds from the custody of her parents or legal guardian is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court may make any order which is appropriate regarding such anak daraor thayyib. |
