PART XIX - EXECUTION

Section 142. Application for execution.

A judgment creditor desiring execution by any means not permitted by this Part, or against any property which may not be seized and sold under this Part, may apply ex parte to the Court that his judgement be sent to the High Court with a request for execution. Such an application shall not ordinarily be granted unless it appears probable that the judgment cannot otherwise be satisfied.
