PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 145. Food in Ramadzan.
(a) Whoever shall during the hours of daylight in the month of Ramadzan sell any food, drink or tobacco to a person professing the Muslim Religion for immediate consumption; or
(b) Whoever being obliged under the Muslim Law to fast during the hours of daylight in the month of Ramadzan shall openly or in any public place, consume any food, drink or tobacco;
shall be guilty of an offence under this section punishable with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars, or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
