Section 16. Amendment of Section 10 of the Courts Enactment, 1330.

Section 10 of the Courts Enactment, 1330, is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following proviso-

"Provided that where, by any law for the time being in force, jurisdiction is given to the Sharaiah Court to award punishment for any offence in excess of the power precribed by this section, a Sharaiah Court may, notwithstanding anything herein contained, award the full punishment authorised by such law".
