PART II - OFFENCES


Section 10. Incest.

Any person who commits incest shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and the Court shall order them to live separately.
