PART VII - REPEAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Section 44. Prevention of difficulty and anomaly.
In the event of any difficulty or anomaly arises from the foregoing transitional provisions of this Enactment, the Majlis may, by order, make such modifications in those provisions as may appear to it necessary for preventing, such difficulty or anomaly.
