Section 68. To Register a divorce.

(1) Every divorce shall be registered.

(2) The registration fees shall be paid at the place where the divorce is registered.

(3) When the divorce has been registered, the Registrar shall issue a certificate of divorce to the husband and the wife:

Provided that in the case of a divorce which can have a rujuk the Certificate of divorce shall only be given to the woman on her completing the iddah
